Select Physical Therapy in Newington, CT, Remodeled for Enhanced Patient Treatment and Experience
Newington, CT:  Select Physical Therapy is pleased to announce its outpatient physical therapy center located at 505 Willard Avenue in Newington was recently renovated to accommodate additional treating space and new rehabilitation equipment for an enhanced patient experience. Select Physical Therapy has been part of the Newington community for more than 20 years and offers patients access to one-on-one, personalized care and innovative rehabilitation equipment to help efficiently strengthen the body, reduce pain and prevent future injury.
Select Physical Therapy in Newington features approximately 2,700 square feet of open gym space and private treatment areas. The center also boasts a robust clinical team, including center manager William Foster, MPT, MBA, ATC, physical therapists Kelly Haller-Gilmour, P.T., Alyssa Griffo, DPT, Michelle Bruneau, DPT, Edward Fifield, DPT, Katie Wiemert, DPT, and Eric Lunt, PTA, as well as Brandan Holmquist, ATC, who provides athletic training coverage for Newington High School.
The center offers a wide range of general and specialty physical therapy services, including orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports medicine/athletic training, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, back and spine care, vestibular rehabilitation, dry needling, neurologic rehabilitation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, pediatric rehabilitation and much more. A full line of work injury prevention programs are provided, including functional capacity evaluations, work conditioning, ergonomic assessments and return-to-work programs.
